Firefighters were called to a small fire on an embankment at Richmond Falls on Thursday afternoon.
A crew from Richmond Fire Station was mobilised to the incident at 4.30pm after reports of a fire near the popular beauty spot.
On arrival, firefighters found a small blaze on the embankment.
The fire was quickly extinguished using a bucket of water, preventing it from spreading any further.
