Firefighters were called to a house on fire in Hunton today.
The incident at a property in Bedale Road was reported at about 4pm on Sunday.
Fire crews from Richmond, Colburn, Leyburn and Darlington responded to the report the roof of a residential property was on fire.
Crews are currently using breathing apparatus, a hose reel and an aerial ladder platform.
