The founder of a Richmond online business has been recognised as one of the best in the world of business after being named as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Scott Woodhead, from YOLO-Inc, has been shortlisted for the Scale-up Entrepreneur of the Year category.
The company, based in Finkle Street, Richmond, employs 14 people and has six different brands, selling products such as hammocks, glasses and tea.
Scott, 39, is one of the five shortlisted business leaders to have been selected out of over 5,300 entrants for the category.
He said: “It’s such a fantastic achievement to be a finalist.
“I’d like to thank the brilliant YOLO team for supporting me in all of the crazy adventures we’ve had, and for those yet to come.”
The winners will be announced at a final held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on November 21.
