A group of friends will attempt the Yorkshire Three Peaks tomorrow to raise money towards a new trike for a three-year-old triplet with cerebral palsy.
Emilia Lily Wade, Richmond, is living with the condition following complications in utero.
Emilia needs 24/7 care and assistance with all aspects of daily life.
Emilia’s parents, friends and family regularly fundraise to enable her to attend regular private therapy sessions in order for her to have the best opportunities possible in life.
Emilia loves to join in with her triplet brother and sister and her older sister as much as is possible and would love her own specialist trike to ride alongside them.
Emilia recently attended a trial with Quest 88 and received a quote of £2,400 for a suitable specialist trike of her own.
Emilia’s mum Laura and friends are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge tomorrow to continue fundraising for her and would appreciate any sponsorships to help them complete the challenge.
