Two teenage girls were assaulted by a group of youths in Catterick Garrison last week.
Police area appealing for witnesses and information following the incident in Coronation Park at 3pm on August 8.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said a group of teenagers assaulting two teenage girls.
They added: “We’re now requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for any information that could assist our investigation.
“In particular, we’re keen to hear from a man and a woman who were in the area at the time and may have witnessed something.”
