A local haulage firm has supported a junior football team by buying training jackets for all the squad.
H Binks and Sons paid for the jackets for the newly formed Leyburn Junior Football Club’s U13s team.
Director Michael Binks said he was only too happy to support the local team.
He said: “I heard they needed some jackets and thought we could help.
“I think it’s good for young people to be involved in sport and I’m happy that we could ensure they looked smart and kept dry while training and attending matches.”
H Binks are based in Harmby near Leyburn and have been established since 1923.
