Firefighters in Hawes were called to a chimney fire yesterday.
The incident happened at a property in Main Street.
The crew was called at about 3.10pm.
The firefighters used a 13.5 meter ladder, roof ladder, working at height equipment, thermal imaging camera and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
The cause is believed to have been accumulation of soot.
