Hawes remained top of the Scotts for Storage Wensleydale League after coming from behind to beat Spennithorne on Saturday.
Spenni started strongly and went one up after just five minutes through Kalem Stanger.
Spenni old boy Luke Wilkinson levelled for Hawes with a smart finish soon after.
Hawes were the better team after the break and took the lead in the 60th minute with a good finish from Dan Richardson.
Jordan Iveson then made sure of the win a minute later with a solo run and good finish.
Catterick Garrison have also taken maximum points from all their games so far.
Catterick retook the lead when Gavin Rudd swivelled in the box and hit his volley into the bottom left.
After the break, John Pickard pulled off a fine one-handed save to keep out a long range effort from Josh Pettler.
Further Catterick pressure told when the ball fell to Fleming, who found Jez Mortimer at the back post with a chip to head home.
At the other end, Scotty Leeming was called on to make a fingertip save onto the post to keep Garrison two up.
The result was then sealed with two minutes to go when Leeming sent a booming pass into the Carperby left channel which was picked up by Holland who lobbed Pickard in the Carperby goal.
Elsewhere, Richmond Mavericks had a comfortable 10-1 win over Askrigg.
There was a hat-trick for Owen Kelly, while Oliver Reynolds and Joe Carruthers both got a brace.
