Two Wensleydale visitor attractions have teamed up to offer families some half-term discounts.
The Wensleydale Creamery is working with fellow Hawes attraction, the Dales Countryside Museum, to help parents lighten the load over the school holidays.
From Friday, October 21 to Sunday, November 5, children under the age of 16 can get free entry to both the Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience and Dales Countryside Museum and choose from a range of dishes for just £5 in the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre.
Trish Cannon, business unit director for the Visitor Experience at The Wensleydale Creamery, commented: “The summer has been an incredibly successful one for us here at the Creamery, and given the popularity of our August offers, we wanted to do something similar for the October half term.
“We know how difficult it can be for parents to keep the family entertained without breaking the bank, so we’re delighted to offer families a delicious and cost-effective day out in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales this half term.”
