Two horseriding siblings are celebrating success in the arena.

At the weekend, five-year-old Margot Hartland qualified for Horse of the Year Show on her pony Barkway Alfie Moon at Stoneleigh Horse Show.

She will be competing at the NEC in Birmingham in October in the Barberstown Castle lead rein pony of the year class.

Het brother, nine-year-old Myles, also recently qualified for national show Equifest at the East of England show ground, where he won and was reserve champion first ridden mountain and moorland class with his rare breed Dartmoor pony Collstone Bonanza.

They also qualified for the STARS show at Aintree and have both won several local country shows where both have been champion and reserve alongside each other.

The pair live in Moulton and attend Bolton-on-Swale Primary School.
