Brymor managing director Paul Hodgson said: “We are delighted that two of our key products have been recognised by the Guild of Fine Foods.
“The Guernsey milk produced by our Guernsey cows is the foundation of Brymor Ice Cream products so the award is a real mark of quality.”
He added: “Yorkshire Ice Cream is made with Dales milk from local farms and is a similar recipe to Brymor Guernsey Ice Cream.
“The judges have obviously recognised the skill with which we have created a great tasting everyday product.”
The panel of judges this year included MasterChef 2018 champion, Kenny Tutt, chef and food writer, Elly Curshen, and eco chef and food writer, Tom Hunt.
