Images issued after CCTV camera stolen in Catterick

Police have issued an appeal after the theft of a CCTV camera in Catterick Garrison.

It happened at about 7.05pm on Thursday, March 28, in Hipswell Road, Catterick Garrison.

Police say enquiries have led to CCTV footage being found which shows two men in the area at the time.

A police spokesperson said: “We’re particularly appealing for information from anyone who saw a man wearing a distinctive black hooded jumper with white writing on the sleeves.

“We’d like to speak to the person pictured by CCTV as they may have information that could help our investigation.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered a HIKvision Bullet CCTV camera.”
