Richmond Golf Club has hosted an indoor games night for members of its junior section, giving young golfers and their families a fun evening ahead of the new season.
The event featured a range of activities, including a golf knowledge quiz, dart golf, putting challenges and snooker.
Juniors and parents alike enjoyed the evening, which proved to be a lively and social occasion.
Chairman of Richmond Golf Club, Mick Campbell, said: “It was a great get-together for our juniors before the golfing season gets underway.
“I’d like to thank Mark and Linda Thorpe for helping to run the event, and Lewis Beardwell of GolfEx who kindly donated the prizes.
“We have a growing junior section with some excellent young golfers and we’d be delighted to welcome new members to the section – just get in touch.”
The club hopes the event will encourage more young people to get involved as preparations begin for the upcoming golfing season.
