Police are appealing for information after a Kawasaki Mule was stolen from a farm in Wensleydale.
The green utility vehicle was taken from a property between Aysgarth and Thornton Rust sometime overnight between Monday, August 24 and Tuesday, August 25.
North Yorkshire Police said the theft is believed to have occurred between 6pm and 6am.
Officers are asking residents and businesses in the area to check CCTV and other cameras for footage which may have captured the theft or suspicious activity before or afterwards.
Police would also like to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything unusual in the area during the night.
