Kindness elf visits Richmond primary school

Children from Richmond C of E Primary School have been visited by a kindness elf this December.

The elf has been spreading kindness and joy throughout the school and the wider community, helping the children to undertake random acts of kindness.

Head Kate Williamson said she was proud of how the pupils had embraced the positive project.

This story continues after the adverts:

She added: “I was thrilled when the reception children took it upon themselves to create a stunning collage of an elf to decorate my bare office.

“Other acts of kindness have included our nursery children sharing on chocolate day and our year one pupils making one of our local helpers queen for the day.

“Christmas is such a magical time in school and it is wonderful to see the children appreciating the fact that the act of giving is so much more rewarding than the act of receiving.

“We’re all thoroughly looking forward to enjoying the elf’s visit during the next couple of weeks in school.”
