Kiplin Hall to hold week-long Flower Festival

Kiplin Hall will open its doors to the public for its first week-long Flower Festival on Saturday.

The five-day celebration of the gardens at the venue near Scorton will also feature flower displays throughout the hall.

Organisers say volunteers and local flower clubs alike will bring the summer into the hall, festooning it in glorious displays and exhibitions.

There will be local craft stalls in the gardens, with the tea rooms open from 10am onwards.

Bronia Gardner, Kiplin Hall business and marketing manager, said: “I am looking forward to five days of floral extravagance adding to the charm and unique character of Kiplin Hall.

“Every room will have a floral contribution created by talented local flower clubs and volunteers.”

Entry to the Flower Festival will be free with entry to the hall.
