The Shop at The Station keeps will open doors open late tonight with drinks and nibbles available to customers while they browse.
Sue Dewhurst, shop coordinator, said customers were encouraged to come at any point during the evening, bring a friend, shop the latest additions and simply relax in The Station’s beautiful surroundings.
She added: “The Shop at The Station is no ordinary shop.
It sells unique, artist-made jewellery, ceramics, textiles, glass, cards and gifts.
“If you are looking for Christmas gifts, there are pieces here that you won’t find elsewhere.
“Our late nights are becoming so popular now and we see people returning again and again – they see it as a night out.”
The Shop has listened to customer feedback and is now selling gift vouchers, so that special someone can come and choose something for themselves.
Sue, an artist herself, will be on hand to give advice on what to buy and to give information about the fantastic range of artists exhibiting in The Shop.
The next two late nights are:
A Winter Warmer: Wednesday 1st November 5-9pm
Making Spirits Bright: Wednesday 6th December 5-9pm
As well as these special late nights, The Shop is also opening until 9pm on December 1, to coincide with the switching on of Richmond’s Christmas lights.
