The owners of Thirteen Restaurant in Leyburn say they are delighted to be awarded an AA Rosette for culinary excellence.
Husband and wife team Michael and Sarah McBride took over the restaurant in 2014.
Sarah said: “After three years of hard work and passion, we finally had a visit from an AA inspector who told us he was going to recommend us to be awarded the AA One Rosette – thrilled, is a total understatement.

“We employ three local ladies who have been with us from almost the start. Michael runs the kitchen single handed, which is amazing to think how much work he puts on himself daily.
“It will be great for Leyburn and the surrounding area to have another award winning restaurant for locals and visitors to enjoy.”
