A Catterick Garrison soldier will be among the fighters taking to the ring when the World Wide Wrestling League comes to the town this week.

The American style wrestling event at Catterick Leisure Centre on Saturday, May 20 will see the Highland Fury, aka Antony Caird, a serving soldier in the local Bourlon Barrack, trade his camouflage for his wrestling boots.

Also in action will be the popular Leeds women’s star, Ruby Summers, who will do battle with Dundee’s Debbie Sharpe.
