A man will go on trial next week accused of the murder of Colburn woman Natalie Harker.
Andrew Lee Pearson, 45, of Honey Pot Road, Brompton-on-Swale, is due to stand trial at Teesside Crown Court on November 2 for the kidnap and murder of the 30-year-old.
The crime is alleged to have taken place in Foss Way, Colburn, on October 9, last year.
The trial is expected to last two weeks.
