A special memory walk to unite people against dementia is being held in Catterick Garrison next month.
Following on from two successful memory walks in 2018 Dementia Friendly Richmondshire is staging one walk for 2019 to raise money for the work of both the Alzheimer’s Society and Dementia Forward.
It takes place at Catterick Racecourse on Saturday, October 5 at 11am – hosted by the steering group of the Boots and Books Festival day 5th October
All walkers must register for the 2k walk using one of the following options:
- download and print a sponsorship form returning the cash directly to the Alzheimer’s Society here.
- set up a Just Giving page to donate online at https://www.memorywalk.org.uk/downloads/fundraising/
- donate to the Dementia Friendly Richmondshire Just Giving page at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mw494630
