A missing Wensleydale man has been found safe.
The 56-year-old man from Aysgarth was found in the local area in Saturday morning.
A major search was launched after he was reported missing on Thursday.
A police helicopter, police drone and volunteers from Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team were called in to search a large area, including the hills around Semerwater and the Addlebrough area.
Police said the man like to go walking in the Dales.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “Thank you to everyone who supported the appeal.”
