
A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital on Sunday after an accident near Hawes.
The accident occurred on the B6255.
Police were called to the scene along with paramedics.

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance was also called and took one casualty to hospital.
The service only got permission to fly at night last month.
Pilots and navigational crew wear night vision goggles which enable them to identify hazards when approaching a landing site.
The biker’s condition is not yet known.
