The emergency services were called out last night after a car collided with a tree.
The incident happened near Brompton-on-Swale at about 8.50pm.
Fire crews from Richmond and Colburn responded to the incident.
A man was released from the car with minor injuries.
The motorist was taken to hospital by an ambulance for precautionary checks.
