Richmond Golf Club has been selected to feature in England Golf’s national Club in Focus campaign.
The series highlights those clubs that drive success in specific areas of the game.
Richmond is the fourth video of the series and shows how the club has strived to create a happy and loyal membership base.
The video, shot at the club on Saturday, March 25 involved interviews with the chairman, directors, head professional and members of the golf club.
It demonstrated how the club’s work with England Golf had improved membership recruitment and retention.
Mick Campbell, chairman, said: “We were delighted to be invited to take part in the Club in Focus programme.
“Through the England Golf Give It A Shot membership campaign we have created a happy and loyal membership base, essential to the long-term sustainability of the club which has set the foundation for its future growth.”
Barbara Gregory, charter champion for women in golf, added: “By engaging with England Golf’s Women in Golf Charter we have recruited a significant number of new lady members and we now have a sustainable model to attract more and more ladies to the golf club.”
