A new phase of family homes has gone on sale at Avant Homes’ £28 million Brompton Mews development in Brough with St Giles, Catterick Garrison.
The site, on Cookson Way, will eventually feature 135 energy-efficient homes.
The latest release includes a mix of three- and four-bedroom properties, with prices starting from £239,995 for a semi-detached three-bed Oakwood and rising to £342,995 for a four-bed detached Horbury.
Some homes are available under a discount market sale scheme offering eligible buyers 20 per cent off the market price. Under this scheme, four-bedroom semi-detached Saltaire homes start from £203,196.
Incentives are also being offered on selected plots, including part exchange, £2,000 towards legal fees, a £99 reservation fee, £10,000 deposit paid and a “My Move Made Easy” scheme, where Avant helps buyers sell their existing property.
The four-bedroom Horbury is among the development’s flagship homes, featuring a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors to the garden, a flexible snug, and a utility room. Upstairs are four bedrooms, including an en-suite main bedroom.
