Richmond law firm Hunton & Garget has sponsored the newly formed Richmond Town FC’s U13s girls team.
The team have just embarked on their first season in the North East Girls League with Hunton and Garget providing new kit.
Team coach Kelly Morris said: “Richmond Town FC Girls U13 was formed during the summer and being a new set up required all new equipment and kit.
“As soon as I put out a request Hunton & Garget got in touch to offer support with all of the kit requirements.
“All of the girls have their own kit and look extremely proud. We cannot thank Hunton & Garget enough; their sponsorship has enabled us to take off as a team, and we won our first match on Saturday.”
Lisa Potts, managing partner at Hunton & Garget, said: “We are very happy to be supporting the first Under 13s girls team at Richmond Town Football Club.
“As a firm we aim to support community projects and particularly want to help youngsters in the area.
“When the coach Kelly made a public appeal for sponsorship, we thought it was a perfect opportunity for the firm to help.
“The girls look great in their new kit and we hope they have a successful and fun first season together.”
