New members wanted for Station Singers choirs

The Station Singers.

The Station Singers are appealing for new members to join their choirs.

The group includes three community choirs under the musical direction of Carol Gedye.

They rehearse once a week, leading to a performance in St Mary’s Church, Richmond.

This term their concert will be Christmas Carolling around Europe on Saturday, December 9, raising money for the  Richmond Refugee Support Group.

The choirs’ new term starts on September 13 and 14.

There is no audition and anyone who likes to sing is welcome to join.

  • Platform 1 meets on Wed. 13th Sept. from 9.30 until 11.00 at The Station
  • Platform 2 meets on Wed. 13th Sept.from 11.15 until 12.45 at The Station
  • Branch Line meets on Thurs.14th Sept. from 20.00 until 21.30 at Town Hall

New members should just turn up for a free taster session on 13th/14th September.

The autumn term fee is £72 with a reduced subscription if singers genuinely need financial support.
