Trustees of Middleham Key Centre are seeking a new tenant for their kitchen facilities.
The centre has a kitchen suitable for professional catering, as well as a storeroom and room for a walk-in chill store.
The kitchen has become available after no longer being needed by the previous tenant.
Trustee Mike Sweeting said viewings were welcome.
“The Key Centre has events on its premises almost 1,500 hours each year.
“There is tried-and-tested scope to both run an external catering business from the location, and to gain trade from events taking places on the premises.”
Mike said the Key Centre was thriving with hundreds of community events taking place at the venue every year.
He said the centre was also used as a conference centre, as well as for council meetings and parties.
