The North Riding FA will hold a meeting at the Dalesman Club in Leyburn on Wednesday, May 11 at 7pm.
Andy Clay and other football development colleagues from the North Riding County FA will give advice on setting up new teams, maintaining existing teams and what support is available to help clubs survive.
Any existing team or potential new teams attending will be given two new match balls free of charge and there will be a buffet on the night.
