People interested in buying a home on an exclusive new development in Richmond can see their potential dream home while it is in the final stages of being built.
On Saturday, June 24, Mulberry Homes Yorkshire is holding an appointment-only open day at its development known as The Orchard, in Reeth Road, Richmond.
People who book an appointment slot in advance will receive a private tour of the development, which is scheduled for completion in March 2018.
Several of the 20 homes were sold ‘off-plan’ before a brick was laid, but with work on the properties now well advanced, Mulberry said they expected the remaining houses to be snapped up quickly.
When fully completed, the majority of the homes will overlook the historic Temple Grounds and have panoramic views across Richmond and the Swale Valley.
Kath Stansfield, new homes coordinator at Mulberry Homes Yorkshire, said: “We have organised the open day to enable people to visit the site and to look at the homes that are under construction.
“We have six homes remaining with the most amazing views that really have to be seen to be appreciated. These homes have large gardens and even a communal orchard.
“We have also released for sale, luxury apartments which would be ideal for young professionals, first-time buyers and people interested in investment properties. The apartments are very spacious and look out onto a lovely courtyard.”
“Mulberry Homes Yorkshire is keen to stress that the open day is by appointment only. The event runs from 10am to 3pm and slots are limited, so people are advised to book as soon as possible.
“For health and safety reasons, those who don’t have a pre-booked appointment will not be admitted to the site.”
Mulberry Homes Yorkshire is using local contractor Randall Orchard to build the homes, which range from two-bedroom apartments through to a five-bedroom properties.
The development is known as The Orchard because Mulberry will be planting apple, pear and plum trees in a communal area overlooking the Temple Grounds.
