Police are appealing for information following two burglaries and one attempted burglary.
The offences occurred overnight from Tuesday, December 30 to Wednesday, December 31 in and around the Marsett area.
The attempted burglary involved three people trying to break into a garage.
One of the burglaries involved the theft of a red Honda quad bike from an outbuilding.
This was an older model and had a wooden box attached to the rear.
The second burglary involved the theft of a green Honda TRX 520, which is approximately eight months old.
This quad bike had a distinctive wooden box attached to the front, used for carrying farming items.
Following joint work with another police force, the green Honda TRX 520 has now been recovered.
Two people have been arrested and remain in police custody, while enquiries continue to identify anyone else involved.
Police are still asking for the public’s help.
They would like to hear from anyone who:
- Witnessed suspicious activity
- Has CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage
- Has any information that may assist the investigation
