Residents will be able to speak to police and Crimestoppers representatives at a joint drop-in event in Catterick Garrison later this month.
Catterick Neighbourhood Policing Team will host the session at Princes Gate Shopping Centre on Wednesday, September 23, from 11am until 1pm.
The event is part of a programme of monthly sessions involving police and partner organisations, aimed at addressing issues which matter to the local community.
Previous joint events this year have involved Broadacres Housing and Horizons North Yorkshire.
September’s session will feature Crimestoppers, the independent charity which allows members of the public to provide information about crime anonymously.
Visitors will be able to find out more about how the charity’s anonymous reporting system works and the services it provides.
People can also attend to raise questions or concerns with members of Catterick’s local policing team.
North Yorkshire Police said the neighbourhood team was committed to working with partner agencies to focus on concerns raised by residents.
The force also runs regular neighbourhood policing drop-in sessions separately from the monthly partnership events.
