Police appeal after burglary in Colburn

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Colburn.

The incident happened between 2pm on Monday, August 18, and 2pm on Tuesday, August 19, on Evergreen Avenue.

Officers are asking local residents if they saw or heard anything suspicious during this time, or if they have CCTV or doorbell camera footage which could help the investigation.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “Do you have any information which would assist us in finding those responsible and help keep your community safe?

“If you or anyone you live with saw or heard anything, or have CCTV covering the street before or after the incident, please get in touch.”
