It happened at 8.15pm on Wednesday, July 23 and involved two vehicles heading towards Colburn
A verbal altercation occurred between a man driving a blue Land Rover Discovery and a woman driving a red Ford KA.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident or any dashcam footage.
