Police are investigating two burglaries which occurred in Thornton Rust and Leyburn sometime between the evening of Monday, 2 February and the morning of Tuesday, 3 February.
In Thornton Rust, a silver Suzuki King Quad 500 was stolen from a locked garage.
In a separate incident, a pressure washer was stolen from a locked container at Leyburn Rugby Club.
North Yorkshire Police are asking for the help of local residents to identify those responsible and help keep the community safe.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who:

Saw or heard anything suspicious in the area during the time period

Has CCTV that may have captured the burglaries or activity before or after

Has a vehicle with a dash-cam parked nearby that may have recorded relevant footage
