Police have appealed for information on a suspicious vehicle seen in Richmond.
A CCTV image has been released of the vehicle.
A police spokesperson said: “This vehicle has been sighted in suspicious circumstances in the Richmond area.
“We would like to identify the vehicle and the occupants as part of our ongoing enquiries.”

Why don’t the police have plain cars operating around Richmond and Catterick Garrison, on a night. Around the Garrison after 10 o’clock its like a race track we can hear loud exhausts for miles. When i was doing disco’s years ago i use to get spot checked to see what i had in the back of my van coming back late at night. regards mik.
