A charity rugby match will this weekend celebrate the life of three young men who tragically died in a car crash.
18-year-old Aaron Bell, from Jervaulx, 18-year-old Tommy Shevels, and 17-year-old Louis Banks, who were both from Healey, died in the collision on July 29 last year.
Aaron and Louis both played for Wensleydale RUFC from the age of seven and were members of the squad that reached the Yorkshire Cup Finals at U14 level.
Aaron later attended Bishop Burton College where he played for the college rugby team.
Wensleydale will play Bishop Burton in a game kicking off at 3pm on Saturday.
Refreshments will be available and a barbecue will be held after the game.
The game will raise money for three charities — Yorkshire Air Ambulance, YoungMinds and Brake.
