A primary school in Richmond will hold an open evening next week.
St Mary’s RC Primary School is opening its doors to current families, as well as prospective parents wanting to find out more about the school.
Visitors can also find out more about the school’s new nursery which opened in September.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 25 from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Headteacher Katie Whitehead said: “The evening will provide the family and friends with an increased knowledge of our curriculum and how the children learn and our expectations.
“At St Mary’s we provide a positive, happy experience for all learners to be able to make progress in their learning, acquire basic skills and become confident, successful individuals who want to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
“We have a shared responsibility to provide learning for all people in the school community to achieve their full potential.”
New starters for September 2020 are welcome to attend.
There will be a further open afternoon for current and prospective parents on November 13 from 1.30pm to 3pm.
