The Princes Trust Team Programme starts a new course on January 15 at Risedale College in Catterick Garrison.

The programme is a 12-week personal development course for young people aged 16 to 25.

The course aims to help young people develop essential life skills, get ready for work and access job opportunities.

Benefits will not be affected and £15 expenses per week are available on attendance and free travel.

The Prince’s Trust has helped 1 million young people to date.

Over the last five years, three in four young people supported by the trust moved into work, education or training.
