Property management company GSC Grays has announced the opening of its new professional services office at Bailey Court on Colburn Business Park.

Managing director Guy Coggrave said that despite the uncertainties regarding politics, the agricultural industry and the economy over the last 12 months, the company was delighted that it had continued to develop a strong and growing client base serviced by its expanding professional team.

He added: “Due to the ongoing growth within the business, additional office space was required. We decided Colburn Business Park was ideally placed to provide us with a central base and the additional space we need for the employees who service our clients in the region.

“The opening of the new office ensures our clients can take advantage of a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of professional services including rural land and business, estate and Sporting Management, Land and Farm Sales, Compulsory Purchase, Farm Support Schemes, Strategic Planning, Agri-business Consultancy, Valuations, Surveys and Expert Witness within one location.

“The establishment of the offices at Colburn also brings a number of additional benefits to GSC Grays’ clients including improved meeting room facilities, the potential to run seminars in-house and improved access to services, thanks to the close proximity of the offices to the A1 (M).”

The Rural Land and Business and Professional Services team at Richmond, headed by Phil Scott-Priestley, has relocated to the new office at Colburn.

The company said this had left much needed space to grow and develop the well-established estate agency and residential management services from its existing offices at Richmond Station.

Mr Coggrave added: “Following the successful relocation of our Bedale agency services to the Leyburn office at the start of 2016, and due to the continued expansion of the Valuation and Survey department, the Valuations & Survey team, headed by David Cooper, has also relocated to Colburn.  As a consequence of this, the GSC Grays office in Bedale has closed.

“The agency team at Leyburn will continue to offer residents in the Bedale and surrounding area the full existing range of agency and lettings services, and all existing agency arrangements will continue to operate as they already do. The agency team can be contacted on 01969 600120.”
