Brymor Ice Cream is launching a Halloween-themed adventure area at its site in Jervaulx this weekend.
Brymor has sourced the pumpkins from local grower, James and Lindsay Hudson of JF Hudson/Wensleydale Pumpkins and will have orange pumpkins, Specter, Pink Crown Prince, Harlequin and a mixture of gourds.
Visitors can pick their own pumpkins with trollies available to make collecting easier – or to pull along the little ones!
Brymor project manager, Penny Chapman said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming visitors to our new pumpkin area and can’t wait to see families enjoying the various activities in the stunning surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales.
“We’ve just opened beautiful walking routes around the perimeter of the site which link up to public footpaths, and our refreshed autumn/winter menu has launched, too so there is plenty to do for people of all ages.”
The pumpkin area opens Saturday, October 8 and will be open on Saturdays and Sundays until October 22 when it will be open seven days a week for half term.
