Police are investigating a burglary in the Muker to Thwaite area in the early hours of this morning.
A red Honda 521 quad, registration PX71 VCJ, was stolen at about 2.30am.
It is believed offenders were dropped off in two vehicles before stealing the quad from a rural property.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “Please if you heard or saw anything at this time contact 101 with the below crime reference number.
“Do you have any information which would assist North Yorkshire Police in finding those responsible and help keep your community safe?
“Did you or anyone who you live with, hear or see anything around the above time and date? Do you have any CCTV coverage capturing the burglary, or anything happening on the street before or after? Do you have a vehicle with a dash-cam parked in the area?”
