Music-lovers can enjoy an evening of classic rock when East Anglian-based band The Quo Experience visit the Dales later this month to perform in Reeth Memorial Hall.
David Wood and Dave Crawte have spent years studying every detail of Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt’s looks, playing styles and stage performances to make sure they are both as close to the real thing on stage as is possible, without actually being the legendary rock duo themselves.
The band also features Graham Partridge, a superb keyboard player who captures the magic of Andy Bown’s playing and vocals perfectly; Dan Whitfield, a brilliant ‘Matt Letley’ style drummer and Paul Eaton thumping out the Rhino bass lines to produce the characteristic stomach thumping sound every Status Quo fan expects to hear.
The performance is at 8pm on Friday, November 17.
Proceeds are for the upkeep of the hall.
