A Swaledale shop has shut with plans drawn up to convert the building into housing.
Reeth Village Store has closed down.
Plans have been submitted to Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to change the use of the Oakworth House property from a shop into two houses.
The existing shop and dwelling would be to form two homes.
Oakworth House would become a three bedroom house, and the new dwelling would have two bedrooms.
Documents submitted with the plans state that very few changes to the layout would be need to make the conversion.
All the changes would be internal, with three existing door openings being blocked up, an internal stair to the attic removed, and a new staircase installed.
