Registrations for the kerbside collection of green waste have opened in Richmondshire.
Subscriptions for the green waste service – which runs from 21 February to 25 November – can now be bought.
It is £25 for the first bin and £17 for each extra bin – and includes an extra collection in January 2023 for Christmas trees.
Current customers will receive information on the service by post or email.
New and existing customers can sign up for the service at richmondshire.gov.uk /garden-waste or by calling 01748 829100.
They are also asked to provide an email address to receive alerts and information on the service.
Council officials say people not subscribing to the scheme are asked to compost their garden waste or take it to a household waste recycling centre – it should not be placed in their household waste bins.
