Rescue teams were called to assist a walker who got into difficulties on the hills above West Burton today.
The team was asked by the ambulance service to help with the rescue after what was described as a combination of a narrow stile, slippery rock and a dog on a lead created “a bit of an issue” for the walker.
The incident attracted a number of interested onlookers while the rescue operation was carried out.
It was the team’s 51st incident of the year.
