Reward issued after Range Rover vandalised in Richmond

A businessman has issued a £2,000 reward after his Range Rover was vandalised.

The vehicle was parked in Victoria Road, Richmond, in the early hours of this morning when it was deliberately covered in a corrosive substance believed to be paint stripper.

Every panel on the vehicle was damaged.

The owner, Fraser Brown, managing director of Colburn-based Motorvise, has estimated that it will cause £8,000 to repair.

The local businessman said: “I’m offering a £2,000 cash reward for anyone who can provide information leading to conviction.

“I’m an honest decent person and can’t think of anyone who would want to do this to me.”
