Richmond charity Just the Job is inviting the public to see its good work this weekend.

The charity will hold an open day from 10.30am to 2.30pm on Saturday at its gardens at the top of Quarry Road.

There will be crafts, a nature trail, refreshments, plants for sale, woodworking and a raffle.

A raffle organised by Richmond Business and Tourism Association will also be drawn on the day.

The raffle was launched after the charity suffered a burglary in May, with thousands of pounds worth of equipment taken and damaged caused.

Also on show during the day will be the charity’s plans for a new purpose-built unit, which have been drawn up.

The charity works with adult with disabilities to achieve their potential by doing work in the community, including gardening.
