Families are being invited to enjoy a day of emergency service displays, live demonstrations and fundraising at Richmond Fire Station’s Emergency Services Show this Saturday.
The event takes place at Richmond School, Darlington Road, from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 18, with proceeds supporting the Fire Fighters Charity.
Visitors will have the chance to get up close to a range of emergency vehicles, watch rescue demonstrations and meet members of the emergency services.
There will also be food and drink, games, a raffle and a variety of fundraising activities throughout the day, making it a fun family event while raising money for a good cause.
The Emergency Services Show is organised by Richmond Fire Station and aims to give the public an insight into the work carried out by the emergency services while supporting firefighters and their families through the Fire Fighters Charity.
Organisers are encouraging residents from across Richmondshire and the surrounding area to come along, enjoy the attractions and help raise funds for the charity.
